Prepare your new learner's first lesson in 30 seconds

Are you starting with a new adult learner and need to prepare their needs analysis and first lesson? Describe them in a few words: their job, their level and what they need to be able to do in the language. AI writes a complete starting plan for you, which you read and adapt before you meet them.

The more precise you are, the closer the lesson is to their daily work: accountant in a small firm, A&E nurse, car-industry buyer…

A real document from their work (optional)

PDF file up to 4 MB and 30 pages. Scanned documents work too.

Upload a PDF, paste a web page link or paste a text: an email, a procedure, a product sheet… The lesson will be built around this document, adapted to your learner's level.

Please do not enter real personal data about your learners (names, companies). Your entries are kept for 90 days to improve the tool.

How it works

  1. Choose the language you teach, then enter your learner's job, level and goal. If you like, add a real document from their work: a PDF, a link or a text.
  2. Click “Prepare the first lesson”: the text appears on your screen in about thirty seconds.
  3. Read it, adapt it to the way you work, then download it as a Word document or a PDF.

What you get

  • a needs analysis: four work situations where your learner will use the language, with model sentences;
  • three clear, measurable course objectives;
  • a timed plan for a 60-minute lesson, with four diagnostic questions;
  • an authentic document from their job (an email, a report, a procedure…) with questions;
  • two role-play cards and a 15-minute homework task.
